Club: Newcastle Falcons

Position: Centre

Q: How do you stay fit and healthy?
A: Train hard every day and eat well.

Q: Who is the best player you have ever played with or against?
A: Matt Burke absolute class player.

Q: If you could play any other positions, what would it be?
A: Fullback

Q: How do prepare for a big game?
A: Relax at home and drink red bull before a game to get me focused.

Q:  What is your greatest rugby achievement?
A:   Being involved in a World Cup Final (07) and winning Hong Kong 7s (06).

Q: If you hadn’t become a professional rugby player. What would you have been?
A: A Doctor or a Vet.

Q: What is your greatest achievement?
A: Academically, getting good A level.s.

Q: What do you like the most about being a rugby player?
A:  Great lifestyle, meet lots of new friends and rugby is something I would do anyway, so to get paid to play is great.

Q: What activities do you enjoy in your spare time?
A:  University takes up a lot of my spare time, but I do enjoy playing on my Wii and relaxing with my friends and family.

Q: Have you got any match day superstitions or routines?
A: I’m not really superstitious.
